How do I go about Paying for an Order?
For Regular Orders, we accept most major Credit and Debit Cards: Visa, Master Card, Switch and Delta Cards. You can place your order via our Secure E-Shop Online via out Web Sites or by calling our Business Number +44 (0) 29 20 630 583. For Custom Products and or Services please call: +44 (0) 29 20 630 583, where we can advise you on the appropriate Method of Payment and provide you with a Quotation. We do accept Crossed Cheques made payable to Anchor Retrieval Solutions and these can take up to 10 working days to clear and shipment of goods will only be made after your payment has cleared.
We do accept Postal Orders made payable to Anchor Retrieval Solutions.
What Shipment Options are Available?
Our Preferred Carriers are Parcelforce and TNT where we offer a 24hr or 48hr service subject to all goods ordered being readily available. All Shipments have full traceability and are insured and this is built into the shipping price and all need to be signed for upon receipt.
For small Parcels we use the Post Office (Royal Mail) and all deliveries are shipped using First Class Recorded Delivery and need to be signed for upon receipt.
For International Orders we will use either, UPS, FedEx, Parcelforce and TNT as these are our Preferred Carriers and selection will be based on best economic option. All deliveries have full traceability and online tracking and need to be signed for. All International Orders will be quoted for on an individual basis.
When do we Ship?
We ship 5 days a week. Products in stock are ship out with in 48 hours of your online payment clearing or if by cheque after 10 working days on business days. For custom products or services please refer to your Quotation and Delivery Lead Time.
International Orders and Customers
Overseas customers please note that due to the high number of overseas orders that have been received attempting to use stolen credit cards we have implemented a policy that if credit card details supplied that we cannot verify then we will not ship your order. To make sure your order is processed as quickly as possible a Telegraphic Transfer using World Pay is the preferred method of payment. Please Contact Us for more Details.
What is our return policy?
We want you to be a satisfied customer, and we need your help to maintain our low prices. Unopened products in the original packaging may be returned within 30 days for a full exchange or refund of value of goods purchased. There will be a administration fee of 10% of the order value to cover the cost of refunding monies via the Credit/Debit Card Company for which payment has been made.
Electronics, software, and electronic charts in their original, unopened packaging, and ready-to-be-sold condition can be returned within 10 days from receipt for a full refund of the order value which will incur an administration fee of 10% of the order value to cover the cost of refunding monies via the Credit/Debit Card Company for which payment has been made.
The following re-stocking fees shall apply as follows based on the cost of inspection, repackaging, and restocking for unused items not returned in their original condition within the 30 days as follows:
£100 Nett shall have a Restocking Fee of 20%
£101 to £200 Nett shall have a Restocking Fee of 30%
£201+ Nett shall have a Restocking Fee of 40%
Unfortunately, we can not accept returns older than 30 days.
Please note that some items are not returnable: Inflatable Boats, Outboard Motors, Life Rafts, Kayaks, Trailers, Made to Measure Goods, Clearance Line items, Discontinued Lines and Custom Made Items or Special Orders. If any of these items are found to be damaged or defective, you must notify us within 10 days from receipt for replacement.
•If you do need to return an item to us, please email our Customer Service Department at sales@anchoryanka.com or phone on +44 (0) 29 20 630 583 in order to request a Return Authorisation (RAN) Number.
•Repack the product in the original packaging and place inside a box suitable for shipping with all the original enclosures, parts, and accessories.
•Write the RAN number clearly and discreetly on the outside of the package.
•Return the Package fully paid by the Customer as we do not accept C.O.D. with the appropriate insurance.
No packages will be accepted if exterior packaging is damaged. All Goods must be in mint condition and in the original labelled packaging and enclosed within a shipping carton and this must include all packaging material. Goods returned without a RAN Number will be refused, and the carrier will charge you freight in both directions.
Payment of VAT?
All Prices include VAT at 17.5%.
Out of Stock?
You can order with confidence that all the items that you order are in stock. However, unforeseen demand occasionally results in items being out of stock. If at time of order an item is not in stock, our customer service department will contact you. Our general leadtime for replacement stock is 10 to 15 working days and if you agree we will put it on order for you and these will be shipped as soon as we receive them from our suppliers. We do have a policy of shipping orders in one shipment wherever possible and you will be advised of a delivery date by customer services and your order will be shipped on a next day basis in accordance to agreed despatch date.

Faulty Goods:

Warranty Information
The items we sell are covered by manufacturer’s warranties. In some cases, the manufacturer requires that you send the item to them directly for further action.
Some manufacturers reserve the right to repair or replace at their discretion.
